With new advances in technology, Entech has discovered that the old art of ‘Metal Moulding’ is proving to be a new exciting way of producing metal components.
The advantages over welding, pressing, and plastic are phenomenal!
The Material we use, SPZ,(Super Plastic Zinc) has plastic properties during manufacture, however this was previously of little commercial use as it was ‘before its time’.
At Entech we now have the skill and technology to make SPZ a real winner in modern manufacturing.
The advantages over some traditional methods of Metal Forming are extensive and include:
